President of the Senate of the University of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Kenan Ferati, together with Prof. Dr. Arbëresha Bexheti-Ferati, participated in the 8th International Congress “Technological Innovations and Experimental Protocols in Periodontology, Oral Surgery and Orthodontics,” held at the University of “Aldo Moro” in Bari, Italy, from September 3 to 5, 2026.
The scientific event brought together scholars, researchers, and professionals from prestigious international universities, who presented new scientific findings, exchanged experiences, and contributed to strengthening inter-university cooperation.

As part of the scientific program, Prof. Dr. Kenan Ferati presented his scientific paper titled “Management of Atrophic Jaws: Bone Augmentation versus Zygomatic and Pterygoid Implants”.
The paper addressed issues of clinical importance, analyzing contemporary approaches to the management of atrophic jaws and comparing bone augmentation techniques with the use of zygomatic and pterygoid implants.
