At the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Tetova, a creative academic activity entitled “The PsychoCV Exhibition” was held on October 22, 2026. The event was organized by first-year students of the Department of Psychology, under the mentorship of professors Prof. Dr. Qufli Osmani and Teuta Idrizi.
Through the presentation of their PsychoCVs, the students demonstrated that the study of psychology is not limited to acquiring knowledge about human behavior and the mind, but also requires active engagement, creativity, and personal reflection. By transforming the traditional CV into a creative and reflective project, they had the opportunity to present their identities, potential, interests, and aspirations, while experiencing psychology in a practical way from the very first weeks of their studies.
“The PsychoCV Exhibition” represents a concrete example of a contemporary approach to teaching and learning, in which students are placed at the center of the academic experience and encouraged to become active participants in the construction of knowledge. Through activities of this kind, theory is integrated with practice, while the learning process becomes a more dynamic, interactive, and meaningful experience.
This activity also reflects the Department of Psychology at the University of Tetova’s commitment to developing practical and digital competencies, as well as critical thinking skills, in line with the demands of the contemporary era. Moving beyond the traditional memorization of knowledge, particular emphasis is placed on students’ ability to think critically, express their individuality, and make effective use of technology to support their academic and professional development.
In this spirit, the professional development of academic staff and the progress of students go hand in hand, contributing to the creation of a university environment that promotes innovation, creativity, and the effective integration of technology into education.
